REPORT OF ASPIRING STUDENT

Grade 12 is a minimum requirement for each course presented. If you want to continue your Theological studies with SATS after completing your courses at the Mosaïek Academi, you need to have matric exemption.

Please include the Period,  Name of Institution and the Name of Course / Degree / Certificate

MODULE AND COST

Please indicate which modules (maximum 2) you would like to enrol for in 2017
(1 March to 31 October).

Dates for orientation, classes, submission of assignments, retreat and the exam are indicated in your Prospectus.

  • 17 February – Registration closes for 2017
  • March to October – Retreat, contact sessions (if necessary), assignments
  • October – Exam
     

Prescribed Material:
Readers will be supplied for free via the Academi web page. Students will receive a password to gain access.

Text Books
If a text book is prescribed by the lecturer, it will be at an additional cost for the student's own account.

Fees:
A cost of R3500 per module, which includes a registration fee of R1000 per module, is payable as follows:

  • The registration fee of a R1000 is payable upon registration.
  • The remaining R2500 is payable on the 1st of March 2017 as one lump sum or as six monthly installments of R417 commencing 1 March 2017 to 1 August 2017(last installment R215).

This fee includes the retreat (student bring their own food); readers; classes and administration. For any compulsory reading, the student will be responsible for buying his/her own textbook(s).
A 10% discount is applicable to students who pay their accounts in full by 28 February 2017.
 
Cancellation Policy:
Should a student cancel his / her studies prior to 31 March, only the registration fee is payable. Should a student cancel his / her studies after 31 March, the full tuition for 2 months are payable from the date of cancellation. For example if a student cancels his / her studies on 4 April the next 2 months are payable, May and June. Should a student cancel his / her studies prior to 31 July, the full tuition for the year is payable. Cancellation will only be valid upon receipt of the completed cancellation form. (On request form Mosaïek Academi.)
 
Registration:
A registration fee of R1000 per module for 2017 is payable upon registration and proof of payment must be submitted together with the completed application form. Confirmation of the registration will be forwarded upon receipt of Application Form and Proof of payment.

STUDENT DECLARATION

1. I declare that I (hereafter referred to as the Student) completed the request and that all information supplied is correct and true.

2. I, the undersigned, will be responsible for the prompt payment of any fees to the Academi according to my enrollment and engagement with the Academi. I will provide proof of payment for any transfers made by me with regards to outstanding fees.
 
3. I as the Student indemnify the Academi from any claim of any damage whatsoever, which may occur on the Mosaïek Campus during my study period at the Academi.
